So when my dear friend Sherri Noel and I began dreaming up our first Wander | Restore | Connect retreat, we knew it had to begin there — in this city of spices and sound, of artisans and imagination, of creativity that lives in both the bold and the quiet moments.

A retreat for creative wanderers

Magic in Marrakesh isn’t a tour or a checklist. It’s a gathering — an experience — for women who love color, culture, and creativity. It’s for those who want to travel deeply, not just widely.

From September 6–11, 2026, we’ll spend six unforgettable days at the breathtaking Peacock Pavilions, a boutique oasis surrounded by olive groves just outside the city. Think carved doors, mosaic courtyards, and bedrooms wrapped in textiles that tell a thousand stories.

What you can look forward to

Our time together will blend exploration, restoration, and creative connection:

• Wandering the Medina’s souks, filled with color, texture, and treasures.

• Hands-on textile workshops, including Moroccan embroidery and rug weaving.

• Optional gentle morning yoga with Sherri to begin each day with calm.

• A traditional hammam spa experience — the ultimate in Moroccan wellness.

• Visits to local artisans and a women’s cooperative outside the city.

• An unforgettable desert adventure with camel rides and a Berber-style lunch.

• Evenings gathered for dinner, laughter, and storytelling beneath the stars.

There will be time to explore, to create, to rest — and to simply let Morocco’s magic do what it does best.
