Border Quilt QAL – Sawtooth Stars!

This is the third installment of the Border Quilt Quilt Along hosted by Jen Shaffer of Patterns by Jen.

I’m a little behind on my star border because last week I was out of town at the American Quilt Study Group Seminar in Bethesda, and the week prior to that we had family in town and my oldest step daughter got married! It was a beautiful wedding. I’m so proud of how she pulled it all together–she even made her own centerpieces! We really love our new son-in-law, and are excited to watch them grow together.

Now for the Border Quilt update!

I have two stars constructed, and all the bits ready to go for the rest of them.

I have a ton of work to do for Quilt Market, on The Liberty Quilt, and on the inscription quilt for the Just Wanna Quilt booth at Quilt Festival, so I may stay behind a little on my Border Quilt. I’ll do what I can to keep up, even if only by a hair.

Remember to check out the other ladies making The Border Quilt!
